Footloose the Musical (5th-8th Grade Students)
WCA is thrilled to announce that Footloose the Musical is coming to WCA fall of 2025! This high-energy production will give our students a chance to grow in both movement and dance, while also providing opportunities for students to shine in named roles, solos, and featured dance numbers.

Rehearsals
- After-school rehearsals on Tuesdays and Fridays

- A full rehearsal schedule will be shared within the first two weeks of school for all enrolled students.
Footloose Elective:
All cast members (excluding stage crew) will be enrolled in a Footloose elective on M/W/F during Trimester 1. This is NOT optional and is essential for us to rehearse scenes, songs, and choreography during the school day. This elective will be taught by Ms. Bray and Ms. Tabaka, and it's a great way for the cast to bond and build confidence.
Program Fees:
- $300 – includes the cast t-shirt (no additional cost later).
- $150 – also includes the t-shirt. Stage crew students will help with prop building early on and tech rehearsals closer to the show but
Auditions:
Auditions will take place on August 11, 13, 14, and 15 from 4:00–6:00 PM.
Please note:
- Students auditioning for the main cast must submit payment via MySchoolBucks before they can audition.
- Students interested in joining the ensemble only do NOT need to audition.
