Attendance matters. Every student. Every day. Parents should promptly notify the school about any absences to ensure they are recorded as excused.

Absence Form

If your student is going to be absent or late, please complete the absence form. This form is in place of the attendance line.

Pre-planned Absences/Trip Form

If your student must attend a planned activity or trip, please submit a planned trip form at least 2 weeks prior to the absence.
