Volunteer Today!

Volunteers are able to log and track their time spent serving students and staff at World Compass Academy.  Volunteers may log their hours when they sign in at the front desk, at home, or on their mobile device.  World Compass Academy values a strong Home/School connection and encourages all families to contribute 15 volunteer hours annually.  

  • Parent involvement in education is crucial. No matter their income or background, students with involved parents are more likely to have higher grades and test scores, attend school regularly, have better social skills, show improved behavior, and adapt well to school.

Volunteer Opportunities thru Watch Dog Dads

WCA's Watch Dog Dads Volunteer Program is an excellent opportunity for fathers, grandfathers, and stepdads to engage with the school community and provide valuable support. Our program operates differently than in previous years, offering flexibility and convenience for our volunteers.

 

Participants can join us on any day of the week from 9:45 AM to 1:55 PM. Upon arrival, simply sign in at the reception desk and proceed to the cafeteria, where you'll help with lunch and recess activities. You have the option to stay for the entire duration or contribute during a portion of the time—whatever works best for your schedule.

 

The Watch Dog Dads program is a fantastic way for male role models to contribute positively to the school environment and foster meaningful connections with students. We are grateful for the commitment and dedication of our volunteers and look forward to their continued support in making WCA a nurturing and engaging place for our students.
