Facility Use and Rental

The World Compass Academy welcomes and encourages the community to use its facilities for group activities when school is not in session. Please contact our Facilities Manager about availability of space.

Please review the WCA Facility Use Policy for the terms and conditions of use, as well as the Facility Rental Agreement.

Free Use Groups - Free Rental, Labor Charges as Appropriate

Community Non-Profit - Rental Fee, Labor Charges as Appropriate

Religious organizations/activities
Adult recreational groups
Social organizations
Support groups
Sports teams
Other schools (private, charter, colleges, and universities)

Commercial Organizations - Rental Fee, Labor Charges as Appropriate

Any use that results in organizational profit
Any use that is exclusively private/personal (e.g.,birthday party)

Facility and Rental Use Priority

Priority for WCA facility use will be given to:

WCA governing board and committee meetings
WCA school activities
WCA PTO

Rental Fee Rates:

Community Non-Profit Facility

Classroom - $45/hr
Gymnasium/MultiPurpose Room - $55/hr
Field - $46/hr
Parking Lot $25/hr

Commercial Organization

Classroom - $60/hr
Gymnasium/MultiPurpose Room - $105/hr
Field - $60/hr
Parking Lot $30/hr

Service Rates:

Custodial Services - $45/hr
Staff/Board Member Supervision - $25/hr
