Fun Run Fundraiser
September 26, 2025 - Fun Run Day
We are officially kicking off our Run4Funds fundraiser! That means it’s time to start helping your student find sponsors to pledge per-lap donations or flat donation amounts for our fun run!
We are asking each student to set a fundraising goal of $100 to reach our $55,000 school fundraising goal.
This year we are raising funds to help cover transportation costs for school field trips. Since district buses are in short supply, charter buses are often the best option for our trips. Charter buses provide the safest and most reliable way for our students to travel, but they come at an additional expense. Our goal is to fund at least one field trip for every grade level this school year. With your support, we can ensure all students have the chance to enjoy these valuable learning experiences!

How to Start
Email campaign: Use the email template on the fundraising website and help your student send informational emails requesting fundraising support to your contacts.
- We suggest you send at least 10 emails per student!
- Ask friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to support your student.
- Donations to our school are eligible for most employee company matching programs. Easily double your donation by asking your employer to match!
Share information about our fundraiser and a link to donate on your social media pages and ask your friends on social for their support!
Track your student’s donations on our fundraising website and remind/ask your contacts for their support. Your student’s unique R4F Student ID will come home on their Run Card.
- All donations are due Friday, Oct. 3!
- Donations can be made through the fundraising website or by cash or check. If a donor sends cash or a check, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student name and teacher name and turn it into the office. Checks should be made out to World Compass Academy.
Help your student win great prizes and rewards by hitting the deadlines and goals below! (Check out the Prize Tab on our website for more info.) Students should turn in their Star Jar coupons as goals are completed! We will have several drawings from the Star Jar throughout our fundraiser.

Important Dates:
Email campaign due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24
Class Prize: Each classroom that collectively sends out at least 30 emails by Wednesday, Sept. 24 earns class charms for school.
Early Bird & Charm Day 1 donations due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24
School Prize: Raise $5,000 by the Early Bird Donation Deadline and the whole school earns popsicles on Run Day.
School Prize: Raise $10,000 by the Early Bird Donation Deadline and the whole school earns a foam party on Run Day.
Run Day and Charm Day: Friday, Sept. 26
Run Schedule:
- 8:30–9:00 am – Kindergarten
- 9:00–9:45 am – 1st Grade
- 9:50–10:30 am – 5th Grade
- 10:30–11:10 am – 6th Grade
- 11:20–12:05 pm – 7th & 8th Grade
- 12:10–1:00 pm – 4th Grade
- 1:05–1:40 pm – 3rd Grade
- 1:50–2:40 pm – 2nd Grade
