WCA Parent Forms and Policies

Absence Form

If your student is going to be absent or late, please fill out the Absence Form. This form is in place of the attendance line.

Beginning of the Year Forms

A parent must complete the WCA Beginning of the Year Forms through the Express Check-In Portal. These forms must be filled out each year for every student. Students without a parent form on file will be unable to use school technology, use a locker in middle school, or participate in middle school sports. Trip Form

Please complete this Trip Form and submit for approval a minimum of two weeks prior to departure.
