About Me

✨Welcome to the Health Room!✨

Hi friends! A little about me… I’m a proud Colorado native, born and raised in beautiful Littleton, CO.

When I’m not in nurse mode, you can usually find me swimming, mountain biking, hiking, solving true crime mysteries (well, podcasts count, right?), or singing way too loudly to Taylor Swift—don’t be surprised if you hear a lyric or two sneak into everyday conversation. I also adore spending time with my family, my two perfect fur babies, and my two sweet teenagers who constantly keep me on my toes (and are proud WCA alumni!).

I graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have worked in healthcare for over 22 years. Before becoming a School Nurse Consultant, I lived the hospital life for 14+ years in Critical Care, Trauma, Ortho/Spine, and Women/Newborns. So you could say I’ve seen it all—from broken bones to brand-new babies.

Here at WCA, I’m passionate about helping our students build independence, learn about their health, and, of course, “shake it off” when the little things try to get them down.

I’m so excited to be part of this amazing school. Please stop by the Health Room and say hi—I promise it’s not just for “Bad Blood” emergencies! 💉😉
