Teacher Bio

I am originally from Wyoming but learned Chinese while living in Asia for 20 years where we raised our 6 children and worked in Non-Profit Organizations and International Schools. We have been back in the States since 2018 and I'm excited to be starting the third year in the immersion program. I believe strongly in the ability of young students to quickly gain confidence in a second language and have seen this happen with my own children and students. I am looking forward to seeing your children grow in their Mathematics and Chinese skills. I am passionate about making your child feel at home in this classroom and I will be communicating with you about how best to do that for each of your students.
